Are you looking to connect your new WiFi unit with the iQua app? Great! Your first step is downloading the app! These direction apply to both Android and Apple devices. Follow the steps below to get started!
Before You Start
- Your Bluetooth should be turned
ON
How Do I Find the App?
1. Open the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
2. Search for 'iQua'. You should see the following apps appear. Make sure you select iQua with the blue background and not iQua2. iQua 2 is not compatible with your softener.
3. Click on the app to open.
4. Click 'Get' or 'Install'. Enter any passwords or recognition needed to successfully install.
