- Confirm your email address was entered correctly.
- Check your deleted, flagged, junk, and/or spam folders within your email.
- Still no activation email? You may want to try creating an account with a different email address.
Activation email displaying incorrectly?
- If your device is set to another language, the activation email won't display correctly and you won't be able to activate your account.
- Confirm the device you are using is displaying in English. If your device is set to another language, your account will need to be deleted and you'll then need to create a new account on a mobile device that is set to English language.
